whether using the great study guides here, or the training modules, I suggest using earphones with Isochronic Binural audio. may sound annoying but allows the messages you need to learn, to soak in deep into your subconscious. yesterday for 4th of july i decided to take the training module 1 with audio track to a more intense level. just recovering. dared to use a psychedelic drug a friend gave me.
Sat back and did nothing but the study guide with audio guide in background on earphones. Now I crave that audio and will be listening at bed. Today as I go to the gym. I will do all that I can for the straight guys there. If lucky maybe I will be allowed to help one out one of them.
