An act to amend the law to define the term and enable the enslavement of faggots
[26th August 2016]
OVERVIEW
Faggots are a scourge on society and it is the first priority of the state to protect it citizens, and foreign visitors, from this threat. Faggots hide in plain sight with some desperate to be allowed to reveal themselves and their true nature and others desperate to conceal it and pretend to be men.
Faggots are still faggots whether they admit it or not and this legislation does not differentiate. They are not citizens and given their nature they cannot be considered human. They have a different sub-human level of being and exist, and crave, to be used, owned and abuse. This legislation embraces that and makes it a reality.
True men understand faggots exist to be used and it is the primary purpose of this legislation to enable and to encourage that use. This legislation puts no limits on that use. Enslavement of faggots will give true men an outlet for frustrations and anger, remove tediousness from their lives, it will increase the wellbeing of these men and of society as a whole. Enslaved faggots will reduce crime by giving men an outlet for sexual and violent urges and it is expected rape, sexual and physical abuse will be reduced, against both women and men, by over 85%. These reductions will dramatically reduce the prison population and lead to significant savings to the exchequer. In addition, faggots are denied access to any central or local government services including all medical and social benefits and all public bodies are prohibited from spending money on faggots (other than in relation to enslavement services) further saving money for the exchequer.
These savings will be invested to pay for civil enslavement centres and enslavement officers in every local authority and the projected savings will more than fund all aspects of this legislation.
As with other services enslavement is not the preserve of the government and while civil enslavement will be available for any citizen to use this act will create Enslavement Companies to facilitate the enslavement of faggots and to sell them on. Enslavement Companies will generate many thousands of jobs and provide rewarding employment for men who really want to keep faggots in their place.
This legislation also allows a private, male, individual to enslave a faggot themselves through a simple testing process with light touch government oversight.
Self-proclaimed faggots will be able to hand themselves in to be enslaved by the state, the military, their employer, an enslavement company or by an individual man to become their property.
Because some faggots try to hide in society this legislation enables enforced involuntary enslavement and allows the state, Enslavement Companies, and individual male citizens to hunt down the faggots hiding in our midst.
1 Definition of the term faggot
A faggot is defined as a living being over the age of 16 that has anatomical human male form but deviates from the mental and social norm to such an extent it is not to be considered human.
This deviation consists of three elements
a) a pathological need to serve human males
b) a conviction that it is inferior to human males
c) a self-identification with the term faggot, slave, object or other terms it identified as equivalent to the term faggot
When self-identification is not present a living being can be defined as a faggot in the following circumstances
d) When a male citizen (known as the reporter) reports it as a faggot to the state through the government faggot reporting website and has this report validated by another male citizen as witness.
Where elements a), b) and c) are met or element d) is met the final requirement is that of enslavement testing which is defined in clauses 4 and 5 of this act. If a living being passes the enslavement test it is formally recognised as a faggot.
A faggot does not meet the definition of the terms human or person and is hereby defined as a non-human and a non-person. As a non-person (and for the avoidance of doubt) terms, used in law, including human being, adult male and male to not include faggots.

2 Reclassification
A faggot is reclassified as a non-human, non-person to remove international human rights and UK laws and statues are amended to explicitly exclude faggots
2.1 As non-person with respect to European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)
The ECHR applies only to persons. As a faggot is classified as a non-person then any protections, rights granted in the ECHR do not apply. In addition, any obligations on any individuals, groups, bodies, organizations or authorities imposed in the ECHR do not apply to faggots.
2.2 As non-human with respect to UN Declaration of Human Rights (UNDHR)
The UNDHR applies only to humans. As a faggot is classified as a non-human then any protections, rights granted in the UNDHR do not apply. In addition, any obligations on any individuals, groups, bodies, organizations or authorities imposed in the UNDHR do not apply to faggots.
2.3 Amendment of the Human Rights Act 1998
The Human Rights Act 1998 brings the EHCR into force in UK law. As defined in section 2.2 above the ECHR does apply to faggots (as non-persons). For the avoidance of doubt section 2 of the Human Rights Act concerning Interpretation of Convention rights get a new clause (4) as defined below:
(4) In accordance with the faggot Enslavement Act 2016 the Convention Rights apply only to persons. Faggots are reclassified as non-persons and therefore the Convention Rights do not apply in UK Law

3 Status
On enslavement (see section 4) the status of a faggot changes to that of a slave
3.1 Removal of Citizenship
On notification of enslavement by its owner the faggot’s citizenship is revoked. In addition, the UK will no longer recognise any citizenship from any other jurisdiction. The faggot’s passport, driving license and national insurance number and all other government issues identifications will be cancelled. Any marriage or partnership will be dissolved and any contracts it has entered into will become void. It will be illegal for any individual, group or organisation to conduct business with it. Any pensions, state benefits and insurance policies are cancelled without refund.
It is not possible for an individual, group, or organisation to commit a crime against a faggot. For the avoidance of doubt a faggot cannot in the eyes of the law be a victim of murder, manslaughter, rape, bodily exploitation, discrimination or abuse.
A faggot cannot commit the crimes of indecent exposure, lewd behaviour or any form of sexual deviancy. A faggot can commit a crime but its Owner is the one held responsible in the eyes of the law but the maximum penalty is surrender of Ownership of the slave and handing it over to the state.
3.2 Removal of rights
A faggot has no rights in law and has no recourse to any authority for any way it is treated by its Owner or any person it encounters. A faggot is classified as the property of its Owner and if the faggot is damaged by a third party then the Owner can seek recourse in law for that damage.
3.3 Disposal of assets and liabilities
On enslavement all a faggot’s assets immediately become the property of its Owner.
On enslavement all liabilities also become the responsibility of its Owner. The Owner has 180 days to realise all the faggot assets to cover any liabilities. If the liabilities are likely to exceed the assets then the Owner has 30 days can transfer ownership of the faggot to the state, as an Owner of Last Resort and the UK government will then claim all assets but also take on all liabilities. After sale of assets any remaining liabilities will be refunded to creditors (less 20% as a penalty for trading with a faggot).
4 Voluntary Enslavement
A faggot can be enslaved at any time from midnight on the day of its 16th birthday until its death. A faggot voluntary enslaving itself infers no more rights or privileges than involuntary enslavement. enslavement once complete is irreversible. Enslavement only ends with death. A faggot can be transferred to another Owner at any time (and there is no limit on the number of times a faggot can be transferred).
4.1 Ownership and methods of voluntary enslavement
A slave can be owned by the state, military, commercial companies or private individuals. The faggot may report to any of these to be enslaved
4.2 State Enslavement
The enslavement process requires the faggot to report to a potential owner and undergo the voluntary enslavement testing process. The process starts with the faggot requesting enslavement by stating it is a faggot, it is inferior to human males and cannot exist unless it is allowed to serve human males, for the rest of its life, as a slave. At this point form F1 “Article of faggot enslavement” must be completed on the government website. The faggot must fill in sections 1 through 5 providing its full details, all its identification document numbers, details of all bank accounts and other assets and any liabilities.
The potential owner can then transport or instruct the faggot to make its way to a “place of testing” which must be a private location owned by the potential owner where a CCTV or other video recording system must be in place – the minimum requirement is a webcam recording when movement is detected.
At the place of testing the potential owner can forcefully detain the faggot until they are ready to start testing (for a period of 24-72-hours depending on the nature of the potential Owner). When testing it ready to start the faggot is stripped and must kneel naked but unbound and is not allowed to move for 24-hours. Throughout the period video evidence must be collected. Within the testing period the Owner can use the faggot in any way he wants (or bring other men to similarly use the faggot). The faggot must be used at least once in the 24-hour period (there is no upper limit on use).
The faggot is free to leave and end the enslavement process at any time within the 24-hours testing period (but not during the detention period prior to testing).
At the end of 24-hours the faggot then signs section 6 of form F1 confirming it was tested. The potential owner completed section 7 with his details and signs part 8 and gets a witness to countersign.
The website will respond with a faggot identification number, which the owner must have tattooed on a faggot’s body within 30 days (a free tattoo service is available if needed).
Enslavement is now complete and the faggot is the legal property of its new owner
4..2.1 State Enslavement (Civil)
A faggot may present itself at any local or national government office, any police station, any fire, ambulance or coast guard station, any NHS hospital, doctor’s surgery or dentist or to the state enslavement office in every town.
The faggot must formally request enslavement after which it will be told to wait to be collected and taken the state enslavement office. The faggot on arrival at the enslavement office will be taken to cell to wait. It can be forcefully held in the cell for up to 72-hours without release. The state must provide water and give it a meal every 24-hours during this period. During detention it cannot be used as a faggot.
The enslavement process when it begins will follow the proscribed method with the faggot kneeling naked but unbound for 24-hours and be used by male state enslavement officers (or other males invited to use the faggot).
At the end of the enslavement assuming it passes the faggot will become the property of the state and may be put to work by the state or put up for private sale at one of the monthly slave auctions held in each county
4.2.2 State Enslavement (Military)
A faggot may present itself to any army, navy, air force or marines barracks, building or vessel or a recruitment centre.
The faggot must formally request enslavement after which it will be told to wait to be collected and taken the army, navy, air force or marine enslavement office (it can be taken to any office of any branch of the military at the discretion of the collection officer). The faggot on arrival at the enslavement office will be taken to cell to wait. It can be forcefully held in the cell for up to 72-hours without release. The military must provide water and give it a meal every 24-hours during this period. During detention it cannot be used as a faggot.
The enslavement process when it begins will follow the proscribed method with the faggot kneeling naked but unbound for 24-hours and be used by male member of the military (or other males invited to use the faggot).
At the end of the enslavement the faggot will become the property of the relevant branch of the military and may be put to work for the entertainment of military personnel or for military testing purposes
4.3 Commercial Enslavement
4.3.1 Employer Enslavement
A faggot may present itself to its employer, college or university for enslavement. The faggot will then be taken to the place of enslavement for the employer, college or university and can be forcefully held for up to 72-hours (with access to water and one meal every 24-hours) until the enslavement process begins. During detention it cannot be used as a faggot.
The enslavement process when it begins will follow the proscribed method with the faggot kneeling naked but unbound for 24-hours and be used by male employee of the company or employee or student at the college or university (or other males invited to use the faggot).
At the end of the process the faggot will become the legal property of the employer, college or university and any contract of employment or education obligations cease.
An employer, college or university with less than 250 employees or students can contact the civil enslavement office to have the faggot collected for civil enslavement. An employer, college or university with 250 or more employees or students must conduct the enslavement process themselves, correctly test the faggot and take ownership if it is successful.
Failing an enslavement test is gross misconduct and is fair grounds for instant dismissal by the employer or expulsion by the college or university
4.3.2 Enslavement Company Enslavement
The government authorises the creation of faggot enslavement companies who can help with the process of enslavement and then sale to the highest bidder. Most companies would be expected to provide details of the testing they would undertake and provide details of their slave auctions.
A faggot may present itself at the offices of an enslavement company and request enslavement. The company is allowed to have the faggot strip and perform a medical examination of the faggot before they accept it for testing. If the faggot is rejected it can leave or it can request the company calls the state enslavement office to begin civil enslavement.
If the Enslavement Company accepts the faggot it will be taken to the on-site place of testing where it can be forcefully held for up to 72-hours (with access to water and a meal every 24-hours) until the enslavement process begins. During detention it cannot be used as a faggot.
The enslavement process when it begins will follow the proscribed method with the faggot kneeling naked but unbound for 24-hours and be used by male employee of the enslavement company or or other males that have paid the enslavement company to use to faggot
On enslavement the faggot will become the property of the enslavement company and can expect to undergo several weeks or months of training and conditioning before it is put up for auction and sold to the highest bidder. There is no obligation on the enslavement company to actually auction or sell the faggot.
4.4 Private Enslavement
A faggot may present itself to any male citizen of the UK and request to be enslaved. The male citizen is under no obligation to enslave the faggot but if he chooses to do so he can forcefully detain the faggot for up to 24-hours (giving it access to water) to allow him time to prepare for the enslavement process. During detention it cannot be used as a faggot.
The enslavement process when it begins will follow the proscribed method with the faggot kneeling naked but unbound for 24-hours and be used by male citizen or any other males that he has invited or have paid him to use to faggot
For private enslavement a copy of the video recording of the enslavement process when submitting form F1. Enslavement still occurs when the faggot identification number is returned. The state reserves the right to review the video and if it is determined the enslavement did not follow the correct procedure then the owner risks a maximum penalty of 6 months in jail. Under no circumstances will the enslavement be reversed and the faggot will remain the property of the owner
4.5 Appeal
A faggot has no right of appeal against enslavement or against lack of enslavement if it fails.
In personal enslavement the male citizen does have a right of appeal if the faggot fails and can demand a retest which must take place within 72-hours of the initial test.

5 Involuntary Enslavement
The methods and processed for involuntary enslavement vary depending on who is reporting the faggot.
5.1 Civil Involuntary Enslavement
Any male citizen of the UK or any male foreign resident over the age of 16 can use form F3 (“Reporting of a faggot”) on the government website to report a faggot providing their details in section 1 and details of the faggot in section 2. Section 3 is used to detail why it is being reported as a faggot.
A state enslavement officer will within 7 days visit the faggot and conduct an interview. If the individual can prove to the satisfaction of the interviewer it is not a faggot the process ends the original reporter is liable for a £250 fine and in repeat cases a maximum of 6-months imprisonment.
If the individual cannot prove it is not a faggot it will be deemed suitable for testing and it will be forcefully removed and detained at the state enslavement office for a period of up to 48-hours before testing begins. When in detention it can be restrained but is not allowed to be punished or used as a faggot. In must be fed once a day and given access to water
At the state enslavement office when testing is to begin faggot is stripped and made to kneel naked but unbound. It is instructed not to move for 24-hours. Throughout the period video evidence must be collected. Within the testing period any male employee of the state enslavement office can use the faggot in any way he wants (or bring in other men not employed by the state enslavement office to similarly use the faggot). The faggot must be used at least once in the 24-hour period (there is no upper limit on use). Due to the nature of involuntary enslavement the state is allowed to test the faggot for up to 72-hours and needs only to demonstrate one 24-hour period of faggot behaviour within that 72-hour maximum for the faggot to pass the test.
If, after 72-hours, the faggot has not passed the test it is free to leave and is exempted from any repeat faggot enslavement testing for a period of 21 days except where the state enslavement office appeals the failure. In the event of a successful appeal (which the state enslavement office must lodge within 72-hours) a new enslavement cycle with a maximum 48-hour detention and 72-hour testing can begin. There is no limit on the number testing cycles following successful appeals allowed the state enslavement office.
If the faggot does not pass the test there is no penalty for the reporter and the faggot has no right to compensation or refund for loss of earnings or other losses.
If the faggot successfully passes the test a state enslavement officer signs section 3 of form F2 and attaches the video evidence and submits the form online. The website will respond with a faggot identification number, which the state enslavement office will immediately get tattooed on the faggot’s body. The faggot is now the property of the state and may be put to work by the state or put up for private sale at one of the monthly slave auctions held in each county
5.2 Commercial Involuntary Enslavement
Enslavement Companies are authorised to carry out involuntary faggot enslavements where an employee acts as the reporter (on behalf of the company) and a non-employee acts as witness. The process begins by the Enslavement Company completing section 1 of form F2 “Forced faggot enslavement” entering any details they know about the faggot and section 2 detailing the circumstances that led them to request enslavement of the faggot.
The Enslavement Company is entitled to forcefully remove the faggot to the place of testing where a CCTV or other video recording system must be in place – the minimum requirement is a webcam recording when movement is detected.

If the faggot successfully passes the test the Enslavement Company signs section 3 of form F2 and attaches the video evidence and submits the form online. The website will respond with a faggot identification number, which the Enslavement Company must have tattooed on a faggot’s body within 30 days (a free tattoo service is available if needed).
Enslavement is now complete and the faggot is the legal property of the Enslavement Company and can expect a period of weeks or months of intensive conditioning before being put up for auction to the highest bidder. There is no obligation on the Enslavement Company to auction or sell the faggot.
5.3 Personal Involuntary Enslavement
Any male citizen of the UK, or foreign make resident, over the age of 16 can take it on themselves to forcefully enslave and take ownership of a faggot by using form F4 (“Reporting of a faggot for personal enslavement”) on the government website to report a faggot providing their details, as the “reporter”, in section 1 and details of the faggot in section 2. The faggot has no right of compensation against the reporter but the state may choose the review the video evidence and if it is not satisfied the individual was a potential faggot the reporter can face a £1,000 fine and a maximum of 6-months detention.
If the faggot successfully passes the test the reporter signs section 3 of form F2 and attaches the video evidence and submits the form online. The website will respond with a faggot identification number, which the reporter must get tattooed on the faggot’s body within 30 days (free tattooing services are available). The faggot is now the property of the reporter.
The state may choose to check the video evidence and if it is not satisfied the individual was a potential faggot the reporter can face a £1,000 fine and a maximum of 6-months detention. The faggot will be ceased and become state property. At the discretion of the state the faggot may be subject to retesting at a state facility. If it does not pass the test it will be retested a maximum of 3 times. If it is determined it is not faggot it will be freed and given £25,000 compensation (and any tattoo will be professionally removed). The individual will be exempted from potential enslavement testing for a period of 180 days.

6 slave Ownership
6.1Acquisition, Transfer, Disposal
Initial acquisition of a faggot slave is through the voluntary or involuntary enslavement process detailed above. Within 45 days of acquisition the state will issue a form F5 (“slave ownership log book”) held on paper and online on the government website
Transfer of a slave requires completion of the “transfer” section of form F5 providing the details of the new owner who must be a male UK citizen, or foreign male resident, over the age of 16 on the date of transfer. Form F5 can be completed on paper and posted to the faggot licensing center in Swansea or completed online.
If a foreign resident owns a slave and leaves the country, without the slave, for a period of 181 consecutive days the slave ownership is forfeit and the slave reverts to state ownership.
A slave, as property, can be transferred by last will and testament with the executors using form F5 to complete any transfer. A slave cannot be transferred or sold until probate is granted and any slave must be taken to a state detention center following death of its Owner until such time as probate is granted and it is sold or transferred.
If the slave dies the scrappage section of form F5 must be completed to report the ceasing of existence of the slave. No death certificate will be issued because the former citizen that was born ceased to exist in the eyes of the state at the moment of enslavement.
On death the Owner is required to deal with the body of the slave hygienically. All councils have a free slave body collection service to handle this on your behalf but there is no obligation to do this as long as the slave handled hygienically
6.2 Responsibilities
A slave ownership is ultimately responsible for the actions of his slave. If the slave commits a crime then it is the slave owner who is held responsible and the courts may seize the slave to cover any compensation.
A slave owner is also responsible for not causing a public nuisance such as using the slave inappropriately around children or causing noise pollution by punishing the slave in a public place without a gag,
A slave will receive nothing from the state and no individual, group or organization is obliged to provide it with anything. A slave has no right to be in a public place without permission from its owner. An owner is responsible for controlling, managing and knowing the whereabouts of his slave at all time. Failure to control or manage a slave or if a slave is found in public alone it may be seized by the state.
6.3 Limits
There are no limits on how an owner can use his slave. The only consideration is not to cause a public nuisance with excessive noise late at night or using a faggot inappropriately around children. Slaves are intended to be seen and used in public, nakedness is not an offense, sexual use of slaves in public is allowed (except around children) and slaves can be punished in public provided noise levels are monitored.
